Hello! This might be a long post but it was a really fun weekend!
So it was my fall "break" which actually was only one day off... but I'll take what I can get! So me, my brother (Steve), and Katherine (his girlfriend who I absolutely adore!) drove down to good ol' Saratoga to stay with my family. But, since we always are running a tad bit late (not my fault this time) we drove directly to Provo for my brother Dan's birthday dinner at The Spaghetti Factory. Dan always has his birthday dinner there because he is a lover of Lasagna (random side note). Another random side note: I'm pretty pro at driving from Logan to Saratoga.
I'm sorry but I forgot my camera in the car so no pictures... sad day. But I do have an pretty picture of Saratoga! (strait from my backyard)
My Ipod just didn't do it justice...
Friday I just slept, did laundry, and ate food... speaking of eating food, my mom makes a lot of food and my stomach has shrunk during my semester of college so I was constantly full... weird. But on Saturday I went to BYU to visit my cougar friends. I LOVE THEM! It was so much fun! First I saw Emily and Lorraine which was exciting because I hadn't seen them since September!
Look at us all cute :)
And Emily has all the pictures so this is the only one for now
After my adventures with them I went and saw Brenden. Brenden (for those who don't know) has been one of my best friends since freshman year. He was such the awkward little boy until Cara and I became his friend and then he was friends with everyone and was SBP. So yeah! I love him!
These next photos need a bit of explanation. Brenden has a little Geo that has been the high school "joke" but we actually really love it. So randomly I like to model in front of it (as do most of my high school friends) so per tradition, we modeled in front of the Geo.
We also fed the killer ducks.... seriously it was scary. The second they saw the bred they started following and getting dangerously close to our feet... I might have freaked out a bit.
Brenden was brave. I was not.

Actress?!
yep, I was in a film. With my
amazing british accent. Oh yeah... So story time. I came home from school (back in May) and my brother had his high school friends over. Cool... carry on as I make my quesadilla and then disappear. (As a child when they came over I was banished so I guess seeing them just brought out my shy hermit side again.) Come to find out, they were writing music for the movie they were making. I finished my quesadilla and came up stairs just as they were leaving. They then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to be an extra. YEAH I DO! SO I went to the reading the next week. Well somehow I read the lines for someone and I was so good (haha) that they asked me to be that character (Maid Ellen). SO yeah... that's how my acting career got started.
Anyway! Well the movie, Allen-a-Dale, was premiering Saturday at BYU (hence why I was there). So that was fun. And I've decided I don't like seeing (or hearing!) myself on film. But everyone says I did great so I just agree (in good ol' Becca style). Here is the cast (that was present on Saturday)
Behind the scenes of this picture. I thought they just wanted a "high school friends are back together!" picture. So I didn't join the picture at first. But, to my surprise they said "we need maid Ellen." So I awkwardly joined the picture.
Than I joined their outing to In-N-Out burger which was really fun! I want to see someone beat our record of sitting 9 people to one table on the outside In-N-Out tables. Haha accidental games of footsie galore! Maybe I'm the only one who noticed though because I'm super awkward. Why was I so awkward around them you may ask. Because you have to understand that these boys were like my childhood idols. It would be like if I met Benedict Cumberbatch now... (ok bad example. But you get the idea)
Welp, that it folks!! Until next time!
P.S. I use a lot of parentheses. Sorry. But I'm not an English major for a very good reason.
